Monrovia's hospital (formerly the Monrovia Community Hospital) is back in business with a new name, new owner, new tenant and over 1 million dollars spent on refurbishment.

One of the nicest things about working in Monrovia is driving west along the 210 and getting the mountain view. This only gets better heading up Mountain Avenue to Lime and Heliotrope where I work. As I head into Monrovia Memorial Hospital to start my day,the parrots are flocking to the nearby trees. The hospital is a great place to work,and as it is small we get to see our patients up and about as they progress from surgery.We even get hugs from them on their way home!
