Huge piece of property. Exciting that they kept their trees. Did you mention when it will be open to the public. I'm excited about taking a peek.

Pas Adj: It officially opens on May 16th, the same day as the Monrovia Days celebration. Ray Bradbury is also scheduled that day as a guest speaker. I expect the joint will be jumpin'.
