The sign is up announcing the opening day(s) for the new Kohl's Monrovia.
The store will open on Sunday Sept. 27th with the Grand Opening to be held Wednesday Sept. 30th.

I still can't get over how Kphls replaced the boat on Huntington
I haven't been over that way in a while, but hasn't the boat returned only a little farther south by the fire station? That was a prime spot though right on the corner.
