Favorite Homes #5


It's been quite awhile since my last Favorite Homes post so here we go with a new one.
Besides being a beautiful home, which is enough to make my list, I love the wrap around porch and balcony here.
Most homes are designed to encourage activity to take place in the back yard, but there's something very inviting and friendly about a nice covered front porch.

And what do they call that scalloped stuff? Gingerbread? Pretty.

You already knew. It is called scalloped. Good guess! I, like a lot of people, just call all that fancy decorative stuff gingerbread.

That's quite a porch! There are just so MANY pretty homes in this part of Southern California. I love it.
