The post title "105" comes from the address of the building.  I couldn't come up with a more meaningful title because, to be honest, I know next to nothing about this building.  I assume it's apartments but I've never been inside.  It has retail space on the street level facing Myrtle Ave.  I think that's why it intrigues me.  It's a huge building right in the downtown area and it's a mystery to me.
