Looks like a perfect building for a pub - I guess they've got to call it 'gastro' or people will think it's just beer type place.

I think it's great that people putting these older buildings to use. It's a bit risky given the economic atmosphere, but I wish them well.

Tash: I like the building. I think I've said in a previous post that the 2nd floor would be perfect for a photo studio.

Altadenahiker & Paula: It's risky but you never know what will work and what won't. At least I can't tell. I hope it turns out to be a great place that does great business.
