Presented by the Monrovia Association of Fine Arts (MAFA). The festival returns this year to Library Park on Myrtle Ave. in downtown Monrovia and runs both Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 6pm.

This photo was taken this morning about an hour before opening. Once 10am arrives, expect lots of people. This event draws a good crowd every year. The event is free and parking is free, although you may have to walk a block, maybe two. Should be a beautiful weekend for art in the park.
