Do you need them? I never have trouble finding a parking spot in Monrovia.

BTW: the Eagle Rock trail new. A community project that included the Boy Scouts.

Pas Adj: They aren't needed yet but the Courtyards will have 163 apartments and 6,000 sf of commercial / office space. They'll be needed when that opens.
