Yeah, I didn't know what it was, either. It could be a metaphor for who quickly these apartments are selling!

Paula: I guess I should be more careful, that possibility didn't occur to me!

Steve: I wonder... They had said it was sold out, yet there's a guy on the corner of Foothill and Myrtle waving a Paragon sign around.
