Up until very recently, this space at Myrtle and Foothill was occupied by a toy soldier. Now the toy soldier has joined his twin to greet visitors coming from the south into Old Town Monrovia and Frosty has taken over the north end of town.

Up until very recently, this space at Myrtle and Foothill was occupied by a toy soldier. Now the toy soldier has joined his twin to greet visitors coming from the south into Old Town Monrovia and Frosty has taken over the north end of town.
