I don't know about this stuff. It bothers me that Pasadena has allowed multi story structures along the north side of Colorado Blvd. I'm OK with Lake street and other main north/south aligned streets but on Colorado? it completely obliterates the mountain view.

There are some mixed feelings within the city about this development. I'm curious to see what the range of rents will be.

I would prefer they be priced to sell and not so expensive that they have to be rented.
