Pas Adj: I wonder why that would be in general. The areas near the foothills get more "weather", but I think that should hold true for any foothill city. It isn't unusual for downtown Monrovia to be bright and sunny and Canyon Park to be overcast and raining. Odd.; February 11, 2009 at 5:44 PM
