The Santa Ana winds have cleared the air, turned up the heat and taken most of the moisture out of the air. All in all, a beautiful couple of days.
This was taken a couple of minutes after noon. I'm sure the temperature went up a little after this.

I heard on the news that it got to 87 in Santa Ana. Amazing temperatures for mid-winter.

82 degrees!! I'm jealous. We are reaching a high of 27 here in DC today...
Glad you captured and posted the temp. I know last January was nice & warm, but I don't recall it ever being this hot. ... I took a quick look on Weather.com - Record High: 88°F (1975) in LA. I was a junior in HS, & just don't remember it.
