Tonight (Thursday Jan. 8th) the Krikorian Theatre in Monrovia is showing the BCS National Championship Game in live digital 3D.  The Monrovia theatre is one of only three theatres in the Los Angeles market to do so.

Go if you love football.  Go if you love new technology.  Go if you want to be a part of history.

The game is Oklahoma vs. Florida.  Kickoff at 5 pm.  Tickets are $20.00 each and are available at the theatre on Myrtle Ave. in Old Town Monrovia and at the Krikorian Theatres website at http://www.kptmovies.com/.

You do have to wear special glasses, not sure if they're the red and blue ones though.

Did you go? Was it fun?
I loved the 3D IMAX of Gallapagos that I took my son to probably 6 yrs ago. I can watch football, but would not go out of my way to do so.

Tash: I didn't go. I haven't heard anything about how it went. I hope the technology worked well.
