Hi Keith,
Nice to meet you. This is a pretty shot. I like the choice of black & white. Is there work being done to preserve this building?

well, the idea was (is?) to incorporate part of it into a new station to be built for the Gold Line extension. Since funding for the extension was dealt a setback a few days ago, it looks like it will stay as is for awhile longer.

There was talk of the gold line yesterday. I'm really sorry you weren't there. I think there'll be another event soon because everyone enjoyed it so much.
I really like this shot, the shadow on the right is great. Lved the ohter b&w you did further down which iremebered commenting on and it's a similar vein to that.

Great photo! I love the way Monrovia pops off of the building.

Babooshka: Thanks, the building really lends itself well to black and white. That gives me an idea for a future post...

Ben: The shadowing makes my eyes hurt after a while but it does stand out. I really enjoy the Pasadena photo's from you and Petrea. You're going to be even more famous now with your picture all over the internet!
