The sign says commercial real estate and the property is surrounded by a commercial area, but if this was located in a residential neighborhood it would make a very nice home.

I watched them move the house (about fifty feet from East Olive to S. Ivy) and then renovate it. It was a fascinating process from start to finish and I agree that it would also make an adorable home.
