Dogwoods is a kind of restaurant or store of some sort? The building looks like it might have been part of a national theme.

Dogwood's is a combination grocery and deli. As far as I know, it's the only one.

The building was previously a restaurant. It was gutted and completely redone into a very nice looking building.

I also added a link to their website to the post.
