I always wonder who uses that overpass. It's not as if you can get from office space on one side to retail on the other. And it's not as if you park on one side and work on the other. Both sides are solidly office park-y. But I guess it's too hard to walk the hundred yards in either direction to cross at California or Shamrock.

Yes, great point! I would rather have walking trails in the city. One random walking pass? How much did that cost, I wonder?
