Demolition Begins For New 127 Pomona Project

Demolition has begun at the site of the planned 127 Pomona Apartment/Commercial Project in the Station Square Transit Village area.

This project is bordered by Pomona Ave to the south, Primrose Ave to the west, Evergreen Ave to the north, and the Chevron Station on Myrtle to the east.

The back part of the building is gone leaving a stairway to nowhere.
The "Monrovia" sign on the south side of the freeway is visible in the distance next to the Chevron sign.
