October 23, 2017: Monrovia Depot Rehab

 It's been about a month since the last update and the exterior is moving right along.

The patio is now concrete, the patio cover support has been painted white and some of the patio cover panels (for much needed shade) have been installed.

From this angle, there are still some patio cover panels still to be installed.  The entire building has been painted and looks great.  Tough to see in the photo, but it looks like work is being done on some window and door frames.
