A tentative agreement on 14 acres to be used for a Metro maintenance facility has been reached pending approval of the Monrovia City Council and the Gold Line Construction Authority. The land is just a short distance down the tracks from the depot here.

Don't let them touch the depot. Gosh, I hate what they did to the old depot in Pasadena.
They're definitely going to refurb it. What it ends up being used for is anybody's guess at this point.
Maybe you can have a say in this. Get your canyon friends together and attend a meeting. Wherever they're is projected change lurks a "master plan" and architectural renderings
Pas Adj: I'm not sure what I'd like to see there. Then again, In-N-Out is looking for a place in town...
