This is looking east from Magnolia Ave. over a recently cleared field towards the Monrovia train depot / future Gold Line Station. Just to the right of the depot are some multicolored Googie style features of the Nu-Way car wash. The railroad tracks come in from the right and go between the depot and the car wash.

*On a side note: I've made myself fairly scarce for the last few weeks. That is because I've been spending a great deal of time helping my feline friend and family member fight her health battles. Unfortunately, it has become clear that her time left is limited.
For a temporary and short time, this site will go from a daily photo to an intermittent photo site. I want to spend time with her and remove the pressure of the daily posting. Thanks...
