That's a gas pump with some style. Nice find.

Paula: It's a classic survivor from days gone by. I've posted photos before but never a closeup like this.
Altadenahiker: They haven't been used in years but I couldn't say for sure whether they still work. There are 3 of them there.
I've driven by a few times. Was pleased to see you put it on your blog. Another gas station with the old pumps is on Green ner PCC. I've always thought this station was nicer.
Pas Adj: I'm not familiar with the station in Pasadena. I'll have to look for it.
This station is one of the places that takes me back to when I was a kid. I went to school across the street and used to go to the little market that used to be at the station to buy candy. Zotz were big at the time.
