Rehabbed Monrovia Market/Market Grill Building Revealed

 The fencing is down, revealing the rehab of the old Monrovia Market/Market Grill building on Shamrock Ave (Route 66) across from Recreation Park.

Quite a difference with the 2nd story lofts added.  I am surprised by the planting of palm trees around the building.
