Zen Buffet at the corner of Huntington Dr. and Fifth Ave. will be torn down and replaced by Raising Cane's.

Claim Jumper at 820 W. Huntington Dr. will be torn down and replaced by a
Starbucks and a Chick-fil-A.

Toys R Us in the Huntington Oaks shopping center will become a Burlington (Coat Factory) store.

The former Starbucks (and Taco Bell before that) at 621 Huntington Dr. (across from the Huntington Oaks shopping center) will become a Tacos Ensenada.
I haven't seen any solid confirmation on this one, but it seems to be the
most popular rumor.

The former Frontier Communications building at 115 E. Lime Ave. is being converted to a self-storage and commercial building.
