New Public Parking Lot Near Old Town Monrovia

An old parking lot that has been refreshed and newly available for public parking is now open on Lime Avenue just east of Ivy Avenue, next door to the George H. Anderson house.

Re-slurried, re-striped with lots of available spaces.

There are some "City Staff Parking Only 7am - 5pm Monday Through Thursday" signs, but they are only at the spots on the far west side of the lot, next to the George H. Anderson house (on the left in the photo above).

The lot is 100% open to the public evenings after 5pm, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

No overnight parking 11pm to 5am, unless by permit.
