I don't know what city started it...maybe Chicago with all those cows? Los Angeles with it's angles - but did Monrovia do an artist/bear series?
It looks like it is ready to fly. Will those bears show up anywhere else in Monrovia?
Pas Adj / Steve: It was just for Monrovia Day 2011. After the parade, the sponsors could do what they wanted with the bears. The Wizard of Bras bear is in their front window, I've seen one outside Dr. Domotor's on Foothill Blvd. The rest could be inside businesses or ?
