UPDATE 09/26/2009: Monrovia Canyon Park has been re-opened.
I'm a little behind with this one. Monrovia Canyon Park had reopened a little over a week ago after being closed due to the Station fire. The park was closed again a couple of days ago (and is still closed) due to the change in the weather (red flag warning). This time it's a day to day thing, depending on the weather conditions. The park is closed to both vehicles and walk ins. Call first before heading up there.

I was going to take a swing through the Arroyo yesterday afternoon, but someone said that was closed due to two small fires. God, I can't wait until we get some reasonable temps.
I hear ya. I think Fall is my favorite time of year because it means that summer is over.
I didn't know it had opened up.
There is always the Verdugos
And the Cherry Canyon area about Flintridge
I went by the park this morning and it is open again.
