Looks like people had a lot of fun. Was it for Bastille Day?

I think everyone enjoyed themselves. These concerts are put on every Sunday evening during the summer and each one is sponsored by people or businesses from the city.
It wasn't for Bastille Day but maybe they could consider that next year.
